Our law firm has a heavy concentration in its State Attorney General practice. For over 15 years we have represented national and multi-national businesses in Attorney General multi-state investigations and litigation.
Because we regularly attend State Attorneys General meetings and conferences, we have established and continue to maintain meaningful relationships with each of the Attorneys General and their senior staff.
We work with our clients to create solutions that will be acceptable to the Attorneys General. We understand the legal and public relations problems that can be created when the Attorney General pursues an investigation or lawsuit alleging a violation of that state’s “unfair and deceptive trade practice” statute.

Bellotti Award in recognition of his service to the National Association of Attorney’s General in furthering NAAG’s vision and mission. The firm’s junior partner served under the North Carolina Attorney General.
When companies are investigated by State Attorneys General it is critical to understand the Attorney General enforcement of state legislative enactments.
